Investigations at the interface of nanoparticle chemistry and biology.

Ackerson’s lab operations began in July 2009.  Dr. Ackerson currently has openings for graduate students  interested in studying nanoparticle structure, nanoparticle chemistry, novel nanoparticle synthesis strategies and applications of nanoparticles to biological imaging.
